We recommend starting the design process at least 4–6 weeks before your event. This gives us time to align on your creative direction, finalize mockups, and coordinate any physical production and shipping. That said, we’ve also handled successful rush jobs in as little as 10–14 days—so if your deadline’s tight, reach out and we’ll let you know what’s possible.

Yes, and we approach them strategically. While our main focus is creative direction and 3D mockups, we’ve partnered with reliable install and fabrication teams for larger builds that require on-site support. If you have a complex or large-footprint booth in mind, we’ll manage the design and coordinate with the right vendors to bring your vision to life—without losing the creative through-line.

Yes. Once your booth design is finalized, we coordinate production and ship directly to your event location, hotel, or conference center. For small-to-mid-size setups, we make sure everything arrives packaged, labeled, and ready for easy DIY setup—no guesswork, no scramble.

That’s totally fine. Many of our clients come to us with just an event date and a vague sense of space. We’ll help you figure out what makes the most sense for your goals and budget—whether it’s a full backdrop setup, tabletop visuals, or just standout leave-behinds. We can even sketch layout ideas based on your floor plan.

Yes. If you already have a preferred printer or are working within specific vendor guidelines, we’re happy to deliver just the creative. We’ll provide all final files in the formats and specs you need, including scalable print files, layout templates, and mockups for review.
