CES 2027 Exhibit Design Built for the Loudest Floor in the World
CES is the most visually competitive technology show on earth. Every neighbour has a screen, a demo and a launch. An exhibit that works at CES has to be legible from thirty feet away and hold a crowd once they arrive.
Expo-At handles exhibit strategy, 3D design, production, shipping, installation, on-site service and dismantle for CES exhibitors.

Who you are actually talking to
CES draws a mixed floor: retail and distribution buyers, OEM and automotive partners, investors, global media and an enormous general-interest audience. The same booth has to serve a journalist with four minutes and a partner who wants a private forty-minute conversation.
That means two things in the design: a public face that can be understood without a staff member explaining it, and a meeting capability that does not require you to leave the stand.
On the Floor
What works on the CES floor
A demo people can watch
Working product beats video of product. Position the demo so a passing attendee can see what happens without stepping into the footprint, then give them a reason to step in.
Controlled light
CES halls are bright and busy. Darker exhibit environments with deliberate lighting read as premium and make screens and product finishes look the way they should.
Height and hanging elements
In halls where rigging is allowed, an overhead element is the only thing that identifies you from across the room. Confirm eligibility for your space before designing around it.
One sentence, not a spec sheet
The headline graphic should say what the product does for someone. Details belong on the demo, in the meeting and in the follow-up.
Footprint Guidance
What size makes sense at CES
10x10
Focused launch
One product, one claim, one demo station. Keep the back wall clean, put the demo at the front edge and skip anything that eats floor space.
20x20
Demo plus meeting
Room for two demo positions and a semi-private meeting area, with storage designed in rather than hidden behind a curtain.
30x30 and up
Environment
A walk-in environment with defined zones, overhead identification, presentation moments and a hospitality position for partners and press.
CES logistics start earlier than you think
CES opens in the first full week of January, which means production, shipping and the advance warehouse deadline all land in December, across holidays. Every week of December you plan to use is a week you will not get.
Las Vegas runs citywide shows back to back, so drayage, labour and dock windows are booked tight. We schedule production backwards from the advance warehouse date and handle freight, install and dismantle coordination.
- —Lock design and graphics before the first week of December
- —Confirm hall assignment — LVCC is a campus, not a room
- —Check hanging sign eligibility and rigging points for your space
- —Order electrical and internet at the early-bird rate
- —Ship to the advance warehouse; direct-to-show is a last resort in Las Vegas

The Venue
Las Vegas Convention Center
The largest show campus in the country, and the one most likely to swallow an under-designed booth. Scale, sightlines and freight timing decide how an LVCC exhibit performs.
We can manage design, production, freight, installation, on-site support and dismantle for your CES exhibit in this facility.
See how we work at LVCCExhibiting at CES? Let's design it now, not in December.
