SHOT Show 2027 Exhibit Design A Floor Where People Pick Things Up

SHOT Show spreads across the Venetian Expo and Caesars Forum, and it is a buying show. Dealers, distributors and agency buyers come to handle product, ask specific questions and write orders.

Expo-At handles exhibit strategy, 3D design, production, shipping, installation, on-site service and dismantle for SHOT Show exhibitors.

One team from first sketch through show-floor handoff

Custom structures, rental systems, finishes, lighting and graphics managed as one build.

Shipping, labour coordination, installation, show support and dismantle at Venetian Expo + Caesars Forum.

Who you are actually talking to

The SHOT Show floor is dealers and retailers, distribution, law enforcement and military procurement, plus outdoor and shooting sports media. These are trade buyers, not consumers, and many of them have appointments.

Your exhibit has to do two jobs at once: bring in the dealer who has never heard of you, and give the buyer you already have somewhere serious to sit down.

On the Floor

What works on the SHOT Show floor

Product at hand height

Secure but reachable display. Anything behind glass at chest height reads as a museum case, and buyers walk on.

A real meeting position

Appointments happen inside your footprint. Seating, a table and some acoustic separation turn a conversation into an order.

Hospitality that fits the brand

Coffee, seating and a place to set a bag down keep buyers in your space longer than any screen will.

Identification from distance

Across two buildings and long halls, a tall brand element or overhead sign is how people who came to find you actually find you.

Footprint Guidance

What size makes sense at SHOT Show

10x20

Handle and talk

A display run along the aisle, one standing consultation point and lockable storage for product overnight.

20x30

Demo plus dealer meetings

Product handling at the front, a semi-private meeting area at the back and clear brand identification overhead where rigging is permitted.

40x40 and up

Hospitality environment

Zoned space: display, demo, hospitality and private meeting rooms, designed so the four functions do not interrupt one another.

Two buildings, one deadline set

SHOT Show runs in Las Vegas in January, immediately after the citywide CES rush, which keeps labour and drayage in high demand. Your building and hall assignment changes your dock, your install schedule and how far your staff walk each day.

Rules on product display, sampling, food and beverage differ between the Venetian Expo and Caesars Forum. We confirm what applies to your specific hall before production, then coordinate freight, install and dismantle.

  • —Confirm which building and hall you are in before design sign-off
  • —Plan secure, lockable overnight storage for product
  • —Design the meeting area in, don't rent it late
  • —Clear food, beverage and sampling plans with the venue
  • —Book labour early — January in Las Vegas is the tightest market of the year
